Many more than Islamic fascists hate Israel.
In general, muslims have good and bad reasons for hating Israel, and we could pressure Israel to stop crippling the economies of millions and to reak less lethal collateral damage for starters, if we want to lessen hate of Israel, and by extension lessen hate of us.

Starving in Iraq took off after we began over sanctions. Hence we are directly responsible for the starving, whether or not Saddam could have made decisions that would have adverted it.
Why would we have expected Saddam to have taken care of his own people (and have stepped down, adopted more agreeable policies, or given his people a subsistence amount of wealth from the oil for food program instead of leeching from it for himself as much he did)? He had no history of taking his own people. We knew we would cause starvation when we slapped the sanctions on Iraq. We decided it was worth starving people to death, to try to weaken Saddam, and we eventually starved 500,000 Iraqis to death.
