Yes indeed.... they even had plans for storming Parlament, holding some hostages and beheading PM Harper.... But it didn't happen did it? What's your point and relation to this topic?
The only thing I see that relates is that our response time and intelligence towards the attack was much better then the passed over warnings during the 9/11 incident..... oh and the fact we were supplied with a good chunck of information to the public about what was planned almost as soon as everybody heard about what just was stopped...... Our officials are far more open with details to our people then some other countries. (There's some of that Canadian Omnipotence some are speaking about

Oh you're the cause of it.... but nobody ever said it was just your problem.... the topic at hand was if anybody would give a rats ass if it happened to you guys again, which I said I personally wouldn't.
I have no control over what people do in the world, nor would I want that control. You're all free to make your own decisions, vote in who you want to vote in, eat what you want to eat, etc..... Just because I and others like myself who actually know what the hell is going on try and tell you guys what's going on.... doesn't mean we're trying to show off and make it seem like Canada is all mighty and intelligent.... hell, that is just common sense up here... I can't help you guys to think for yourselves or heed warnings that are flaring out like an exploding elephant.
You guys will vote in who you want again (Perhaps it'll be rigged again, who knows) you guys will follow that leader like a friggin sheep, you won't be able to do anything against their decisions even if you didn't, and unless you guys can keep a leash on your leaders and make them do what you want them to do, then accept the dam responsibility for your country, your leaders, and where your country heads in the world....
You have nobody else to blame but yourselves, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna try and squeeze one more drop of sympathy for any of you..... I don't have sympathy for the ignorant and those who don't have the drive to make change for the better in their lives. I have no sympathy for people who let their brainless president do the thinking for them and they trail behind like lost puppies..... attacking whoever he points and says is the enemy or a terrorist..... Can you taste my bitterness towards this situation yet? Find it offenseive? Good because it's true.... and the truth sucks sometimes.... take it for what it is and learn from it..... and if you want to get in this whole Country comparison crap, whenever my country does something stupid, I'll be the first one here to post it in the news for all to see.... nobody gets off lightly with me.
