| In the best of possible worlds, in my view, Osama bin Laden would be captured, tried in an internationally respected court, and-if found guilt on the crimes we suspect him of-be sentenced to prison for the rest of his life. It's important, in my view, that the international community--even if the U.S. refuses to participate--reiterate and demonstrate that, for all our sakes, the global community must be ruled by law, and not men like Osama bin Laden and George W. Bush.
