Here is some tips to help you so that you will not need health care later on.
1. Eat healthy foods.
2. Don't smoke.
3. Don't have social sex.
4. Don't drink too much booze.
5. Don't drink normal soda pop.
6. Avoid unlawful drugs.
7. Avoid unsafe prescription drugs.
8. Don't drive a car.
9. Don't ride in a car.
10 Avoid household dust.
11 Don't live in cities where air is poluted.
12 Check and correct safty hazards in your home.
13 Avoid fireworks.
14 Do not have guns in your house.
15 Keep away form dangerous insects and animals.
16 Do not continue in high stress jobs or stessful relationships.
17 Do not accept a job that has a high injury rate.
18 Do not gather in social events where germs get spread around.
19 Wash your hands after touching things - brush teeth.
20 Don't risk giving birth to babies.
21 Get a proper nights sleep.
22 Be wealthy enough to maintain a healthy life.
23 Get into a happy mood.
24 Be aware and watch where you are walking.
25 Do not take part in sports if injury is possible.
This 25 point plan will reduce the need for Universal Health Care.
