Mr.V -- you ever read the 1st amendment? Do you know what it says?
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,...
In 1954, Congress made a law establishing religion into the Pledge of Allegiance. Sounds like a pretty straight forward violation of the Constitition to me, Mr.V, don't you think?

Yeah, sure. (Teacher wearing crucifix) Why? See the part about "prohibiting the free exercise thereof."
This was the toughest one for me, but they do represent the government and their students are compelled to be there. Could a teacher wear a Swastika on their neck? After all, they certainly have the Constitutional right to do so anywhere else. Can a private business fire you for publically saying things detrimental to the mission of the company?

Yeah, sure.(county Christmas pageant) See the part about "peaceably assembling."
It's not about peaceably assembling, it's about government establishing a religion and therefore should never have been brought before the voters in the first place. I assume there are non-Christian taxpayers in the county. Have the local Kiwanas and Elks Lodge sponsor the pageant, on private property, and you're good to go.

Congress passes a law stating that the Epicaplian Religion is the offical US Religion.
Dang those Epicaplians anyway. :) I assume this was not meant to be a serious question.

It depends upon the policy of town X regarding use of city equipment.(for the Mosque) If town X allows the local mosque to use the equipment (on whatever terms), then town X had better allow the local chapter of the Evil Atheist Conspiracy (or the local synagogue, church, Kiwanis, masonic temple, etc.) to use the same equipment on the same terms.
There it is. If government can't support religion, then it can't support religion, no matter how innocently.
