Communism is Democratic. You can't be a Communist Dictator, the same way you can't be a Liberalist Dictator - it goes against the general idea. The term to be used is Stalinist, or Fidelist. And i disagree on Chavez being a Dictator. It's another Anti-Communism propaganda act. To make the sheeps believe Communism and Democracy are enemies.

Communism and socialist are two kinds of societies. Socialist is a Free society with a Planned economy where everybody's equal. Socialist needs a representativ Government. Communism is Socialism without the need for management. Direct Democracy will take care of it.
