What difference does that make anyway? Our King doesn't need permission from anyone to do whatever He wants. We've got a democratic controlled congress that is more interested in passing non-binding resolutions, and a supreme court that has stood aside and let bush shred the Constitution, so what's the big deal about needing "permission" from some two-bit tyrant of a third world shithole country?
