| Were they really liberal? I thought they were trying very hard to limit the power of the government. They made an elaborate system to make it hard to get much done in the Capitol. Despite their best efforts, the goverment has grown into its bloated present.
No, I think they were more libertarian than liberal. There's a huge difference. |
