If this is the case, one could ague that merely swaying public opinion/ not promoting economic recunstruction is not againt the law, and violating it could result in imprisonment.
So if the liberals are demanding retreat from Iraq, are they not in violation of this law?
Also if I do business with someone who is found to be supporting this behaivior, I am now held liable??
