Is "nigger" a racial slur?

Just because one group thinks it's okay doesn't make the word less derogatory.

Here's the other clue to the nature of the word... if a bunch of people call each other "wetback" or "nigger" but get pissed when someone not-their-race says it, then it's still a racial slur.

"wetback" is a slur.
