obviously you must not have read the entire post due to the fact that it is basically telling you that many individuals who serve their time and finsh their entire sentence, including parole, still are not able to have their voting rights restored. I am not speaking about people locked in jail or prison, or on parole, only those who have served their debt to society. Can we not agree thatthey should be able exercise their right to vote once their punishment has been met?
