Nice trick, and the Democrats want the voters to forget all about that little detail.
It's like that "if I knew then what I know now" nonsense.
While I agree Bush DID everything in his power to bullshit his way through that authorization it absolves the Democrats (or the whole Congress for that matter) of nothing.
They should know EXACTLY what they are voting for, and if they don't, not to vote on it until they DO understand it all. That's what we pay them for.
