Bigoted perceptions codified into law. Gee, where have we seen that happen before? It makes me wonder if anyone even knows how many Canadians cross into America illegally every year. But that's OK, because they're white like us.
It would be splendid if drug laws required impartial medical support before they could be enacted, or would be repealed when science disproved the reasons for those laws. Obviously a pipe dream.
