| i wouldn't say pointless...yes the person in question may obtain one illegally.. but to get that.. he is going to have to work on it.. he cant just go to his local gun store and buy it..
I take it as an inconvenience law.. you can still get it.. but in order for you to get it.. your going to have to go through some trouble
