Yes, however if those infinitesimal quantities existed, motion could be considered impossible.
Also, you're right. It's like some cameras can absorb light for 30min straight and then make a photo. Our eyes absorb about 1/24 of a second of light every "instant" or something (according to my photographer buddy). It's truly crazy to think about time.
