The man's not fit to be re-appointed. He abused the court's legal process. He rejected an exceedingly generous out of court settlement offer. He shows lack of judgment and malicious sense of vindictiveness quite unbecoming of a man who aspires to the high office of a judge.
Quite apart from all this, he cried in court. Geez. Don't you just hate to see a grown man cry?
