And Bush's ideas to promote Democracy in the world which of course means 'freedom of religion" so that Christians can be free to preach where they are now banned.
It might be the merger of religious idealism with military might that causes the biggest problem. And the military might is normally under the influence of governmental or so-called secular leaders.
