| Naw, it be cheaper to invest locally, than globally. Thinking long term, it's better to pay down debt, than accrue more. There's plenty of things to build in Arizona if your looking for desert real estate. If your looking for oil, takes many years just to build one rig and drill wells. They'd have to start building 100's of them 3 years ago to have them ready in time to make it even worth it.
