The truth seems to be that Americans are not smart enough to boycott busiiness who use bad business practices. This is the result of funneling money to those with other interests.

Why because the same monied interests make the laws we all have to abide by. Laws now eminate from the boardroom, not from Congress, as required by the constitution.
