| I think Ron Paul has calculated the reason of the Muslim World's anger to the US. Simply because we are over there. We nearly fought a war with Russia, because they wanted to establish missile bases in Cuba. Yet we establish them everywhere.
China is a super-power, yet they seem to get along with the world. What America needs to do is pull out of these countries and not look back. We can still provide humanitarian assistance and financial aid, but nothing else. No more world police.
As much as I hate to admit it, Israel is also a root cause in the hatred. But its not the only think. The blow-back effect is hard to stomach, but its true. We created the Iran situation by installing the Shah, we created the Taliban by making it a background against the Soviets, we established Sadam's Iraq when we backed him against Iran and now we piss them off more because we have a strong military presence over there. |
