He is a wartime deserter from his post.
That used to deserve a REAL shooting.
Instead he steals a couple of elections so he can use that power to murder hundreds of thousands of innocent, unarmed people... while hiding safely behind a desk. He cannot wash his hands. He has poisoned children with nuclear waste (Depleted Uranium)...
