YES the PA could be abused. I would not argue that.
But it has oversight, sunset provisions, and congressional oversight.
Its that or do nothing and watch more Americans DIE to terroist.
You have to have some trust in ones govenrment. If you don't try to change the people in power through voting. But fear mongering and "what ifs" do little to sway my opinion.
