| Documentation of the parents legal responsibilities
Several members have mentioned in the past that minors only have partial rights because they have partial responsibility. What actions of the minor are parents held responsible for, and how are they held responsible?(ie, what is the legal repercussion)
I'm having trouble finding any proof that they are held responsible for criminal actions done by the minor. Documentation please? |
