Um.. your requirements exclude the majority of members here.
I for one can't be nominated (not that I would be nominated
) but there's a ton of people with 500+ posts that haven't been here for years and years. Like.. most active members don't fall in either requirements.
May they be changed? It's up to you, just askin'
