| In Spain you need to get a health certificate from a specialist Doctor for a weapons permit, a police background check, and undergo classes in weapon handling and safety and score at least 50 out of 100 in your shooting test.(ten shots at 25 mtrs)
oh i forgot to add
renewal is every three years
believe it or not we also need a Doctors psychological test to renew a driving permit every ten
