We possibly could have prevented 9/11, except for the fact that the FBI & CIA were forbidden to talk with each other. President Bush had nothing to do with that.

You are right in many ways, not all, but most. One way to give President Bush a piece of our mind, is for the citizens to send letters, emails, etc. on a constant basis. Also, to the members of Congress. If enough people deluge these politicians, they are going to have to listen or be voted out of office in favor of a candidate who will.
