Ok One more time. If member A does something that sets a precedent, does it not contribute to "setting a precedent" if member B does it as well?
Now, just WHO did Gingrich meet with? Which President or Prime Minister? Which Middle Eastern Heads of State? Keeping in mind a
head of state is a President, King or PM.
