We(as in liberals/democrats) need to instill a better image of cultural and ideological solidarity in order to garner more supporters.

As of right now, we seem less solid and motivated to the people in the middle when compared to the republicans. The media coverage has also been abysmal, because as I mentioned in my new protest thread, we are giving them less of a "song of dance" than the red-faced ideologues the reublicans have rooting for them.

Let's face it folks- airing democrats don't give the media ratings in their mind because the media thinks we are boring. We need to show them that we can give them a show, too.

One the media is at least in some part ours, we'll see more from our politicians. They seem to put a bit more fire and oomph into their work when they know they have an enthusiastic voting base behind them(not to mention watching them).
