| I don't see any problem with keeping possibly rabid animals in check. Nor do I see a problem with the poulatiopn control on one's own property. I didn't see the video you make reference to here, but if the kid was purposely torturing or doing cruel and unusal things to the animal, I say it is wrong and the kid should be prosecuted under the law, if there are any laws covering what he was doing on the video.
