On the contrary many die every day attempting to get to the US. When they do, employers exploit them for cheap business.

The money is keeping people alive. The "bullshit benefits" are health care and water in order to prevent them from dying. As I said before, they lead an insanely hard life filled with exploitation and manual labor. May I ask you what occupaton you're in.
