Actually, Rachel, those 'religious' folks are the very ones who are adopting the babies, and many are being lifted from poverty in third world nations! It is the people who value the life of the little ones, those 'moral high-grounders', who are adopting, and because America kills 1.2 million already alive individuals in utero each year, there aren't enough children here to meet the demands for adoption so these 'dreaded moral high-grounders' are going to other nations for these children. |
