Three points -

2. Rosie apologized. O'Donnell 'sorry' for China jibes

3. Michelle Malkin is a rightwing lunatic and not one to be criticizing anyone for ethnic insensitivity. She wrote a book defending the internment of Japanese-Americans during WWII. Her book is full of so many inaccuracies and outright lies that it was the subject of an open letter by the Historians' Committee for Fairness:

She is an admirer of Ann Coulter and a defender of Joshua Belile, the Marine who wrote and performed Hadji Girl, a song glorifying the killing of Iraqi civilians.

So for Malkin to be criticizing Rosie is the cheapest form of hypocrisy and dishonesty or the exactly the sort of crap one can expect from Michelle Malkin.
Okay for the record: I'm not a fan of Michelle Malkin. However she was not criticizing Rosie because she believes she is morally superior she is criticizing Rosie because she felt offended by the comments. You don't understand what it feels like to be made fun of like that. I am Japanese. I got the ching chong comments and that is nothing like what the japanese language sounds like. My mother (my father is Irish Italian my mother is Japanese) was American born she had no accent. In Michelle case however her parents were born in the Philippines. They had an accent. So as a child those ching chong comments were probably harder hitting.

As for Rosie's "apology"... Apology not accepted

I'm sorry that just pissed me more off. The biggest thing is that it didn't sound like a heartfelt apology, more of a...well I thought it was funny, if you didn't I'm sorry. And the big fat pig confused Japanese with Chinese which is a completely different country, language, accent all together. I guess its just a Whitey thing. While its true some Asians were not offended (as seen in the end of the video). Many were and I think that there was an extreme double standard between Rosie and the Chinese and similar racial comments targeted towards African Americans, Native Americans, etc.

One more thing...that's kind of hypocritical of Rosie. She gets on her high horse about homosexual comments and "homophobia" but she doesn't get angry at racial remarks.
