Should Congress approve new war budget?

As you know by state of the union address today that President Bush is going to send in more then 20 thousand new troops to clear neighborhoods of insurgents, weapons, and perhaps a few outsiders called "terrorists".

The additional troops are needed, he said, so they can keep them from coming back or moving in once the neighborhoods have been cleared of those who might appose the current Bagdad Government.

Another town (the one which was once the home town of Saddam) will also be targeted by the employment of 4 thousand troops (part of the 20 some people to be deployed).

My question for this poll is "should Congress approve of a new war budget that would be used to support those troops, or not".

The "Edit" button would not permit me to make correction in poll question. It should have read "20 thousand new military men (troops) instead of "20 troops".
