Notice the whole thread title and the poll question per se. We're discussing here based on the assumption that she did it. We're not particularly discussing
her specific situation per se, but we're evaluating her crime and all those just like that.

Many of us have our own thoughts about her guilt/innocence even before she's declared guilty/innocent. Also consider that even when the U.S. courts call her guilt/innocent, they may be wrong.

Yes, we're operating under that assumption. And it's not a given, but it might be thought of as most just.
