| Any suspect in a US Court of Law is presumed innocent until proven guilty, and in this case, beyond a reasonable doubt. It is interesting to see how people decide for themselves who is guilty before the outcome of a trial is decided by a jury of one's peers.
btw, my choice was other because of this most valuable aspect in our justice system.
