According to some recent information released "Africian American" graduation from high school for males is at an all time high, a shameful 40%, with less than 20% going on to College. Boy, that just s***** can't we do better than that? (All Americians)

Could you imagine what American life/culture would be like w/o the contributions of "African Americans" ( Sorry, I hate that term ) Boring & and who would have done all the hard work to lay the foundations for this great land? I know their were others too, but at least they got the credit for what they did.
If you hate the term so much, stop using it (since I don't believe in hyphenated Americans, I agree with your hatred of the term).

As for the rest of your post, how about we just stick to the contribution of AMERICANS to American life/culture instead of all this political correctness crap.

I think it is abominable that only 40 percent of blacks in America are graduating from high school but maybe we should be asking why that's the case. It seems to me that much (not all) of it is simply a matter of choice - many of these young people are simply choosing not to finish high school. So also, many of the 80 percent of young blacks who are not going on to college are simply choosing not to do so.

If someone chooses not to finish high school, that's his choice - let him bear the consequences of that choice instead of trying to blame everyone else (as the leftists are likely to do). If someone chooses not to go to college, that's his choice - let him bear the consequences of that choice instead of trying to blame everyone else (as the leftists are likely to do).
