Philosophy in its traditional sense has been dead for awhile. Analytical philosophy is simply retarded. And let just leaves deconstructuralist philosophers who just don't think there is a thing called "philosophy". Contemporary philosophy (Rorty, Derrida) has since become somewhat more analogous to literature; whereas analytical philosophy (what you call simply "philosophy") is a lot harder to actually define than you might realize. |
