Yet China is becoming financially significant to the rest of the world through an increased practice of capitalism. I'm not convinced that capitalism can
only exist under liberty. Then again, any country that is by and large bankrupt cannot support a true capitalistic society. Liberty can exist under either wealth or poverty.
