Exactly. Without habeas corpus, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are meaningless. Anyone can be declared an enemy combatant. We have reverted back to prior to 1215 when the King's edict was beyond question. Keith Olbermann refers to the Military Commissions Act as the 'Beginning of the end of America'. I don't think that he is wrong.
