The President has ordered bombs dropped on people who have not had a day in court and were not in the act of a crime that threatens lives. He is a tyrant, and he brags about his crimes. The courts and Congress do nothing. Executive power is unrestrained. That is the definition of a dictator.
As he has for each of the past five years, the President declared a State of Emergency regarding terrorists.

The Declared State of Emergency is a license for the President to abuse his position. There is no constitution in a DSoE.
