| I don't see why it could not be defined as telepathy. Telepathy after all is the transmission of thoughts from one brain to another without speaking regardless of whether there is technology involved or not. True telepathy, from your viewpoint, happens without technology, however your brain having a biological transceiver in it instead of an technologically designed one does not change the result or the concept.
