Or perhaps God is so damn busy with the whole Universal expansion project that He doesn't really give a rat's wrinkled rectum about any of us? I think the 80 or so years of any human life is just a few nanoseconds on God's watch.

You're probably "lying to make a point", Bush is probably lying, but not even aware of it, and God doesn't show up for chess at the mufin residence.
