To be fair, those deal with
punishment of blasphemy, not what constitutes blasphemy. I'm unfamiliar with the Bible, but do you think you could find any verses about what constitues blasphemy? I of course, will look for myself - but that's kind of like sending me to Madrid without a map and not being able to speak Spanish and expecting me to be able to find my way around.
