If you check back through our history, you will find that there were a number of Presidents who were accomplished orators, and a number who bumbled along. Being a good orator is not absolutely necessary. Let's face it, all major political speeches, etc are pre-written, however, that doesn't mean that what he is saying is not what he believes, and intends to do. Just look at Clinton, he really could sling the bulls--t and fool the general public. RE: "I did not have sex with that woman". If you or I constantly lied under oath like he did, they would have slapped us in jail and thrown away the key. It is not whether or not he is a great orator as much as how he conducts himself after saying what he did.
