So you're argument is:
1. Human beings are an untrue species.
2. Anything created by an untrue species is necessarily untrue.
3. Science is created by human beings.
4. Science is therefore untrue.

OK. So let's go through these one by one.

What do you mean by an 'untrue species'? I, for one, have no idea what you mean by that statement.
