holy sh*t is it hot over here...
my walk across the street this morning resulted in streams of sweat pouring down my face. everyone else waiting for the bus headed for the cover that the tree provided from the beaming sun..
i don't do well at all in the heat, especially in the sun (i'm easily susceptible to heat stroke)... by the time i got home, i ended up passing out cold for at least 2 hours.. didn't intentionally sleep that long - the heat killed me today.
tomorrow's supposed to be worse than today.. maybe the entire rest of the week will be this bad.. my a/c's just barely managing to keep the room somewhat comfortable. i also hear that the entire state of ny has an air quality warning in effect. |
