| Last semester, my English professor said that good writing, true writing comes from honesty and truth within one's heart. Stilted writing, writing that provokes no emotion or thought, stems from not being in synch with your writing. For example, if you were engaging in technical writing for a lab manual or something like that. Unless you were a total science freak, the writing would be unemotional and flat because you are writing with your brain, not with your heart. |
