The reason is simple. The current US government is involved in Imperialism. When these policies are finally abandoned, the US will be able to lead through example and not through force. Until then, the US is the target of every nation and terrorist group that see the government for what it really is, Imperialistic in its designs around the world. Abandon Imperialism and the big red bull'e eyes will be removed from our backs.
