This is what I call the "stolen evidence" fallacy. You've taken evidence of SOMETHING and declared it to be evidence of your claim which does not directly relate to the evidence you're touting.
It's the logical equivalent of stating:
There is a cake on the table. Therefor, a cake was baked in the kitchen.
This is fallacious logic because
there are other plausible explanations for the origin of the cake which have not been eliminated.
You must establish a causal link. That's CAUSE-al, not "casual". Without causal links the following "evidence" becomes valid:
