Its nonsense that is used to hide the irrefutable fact of genetic differences in intelligence. Many claims have been made - blacks due to the perception by society that they perform inferior to whites on standardized tests are more "nervous" and score worse for that reason; black culture calls scholarly black kids "traitors" or "whitey" which causes them to underperform because they don't want to be percieved as white; blacks are still feeling the effects of racism today, like a runner shackled at the start of a race.
What is really funny is you won't see any bias twoard asians. Asian's actually perform superiorally to whites, on average in America on IQ tests, their average being 103 while the average caucasian is 100.
To quote Frederick Douglas "if the negro can't stand on his own two feet, let him fall." I do not think any racial exceptions should be made in any respect. Nothing should supercede merit.
